天津三和铁制品有限公司成立于1994年9月，为中日合资企业，注册资本700万美元，现有加工工厂面积28000 ㎡，铸造工厂44000㎡ ，制造工厂分别位于天津市滨海新区大港海洋科技园区和大港经济技术开发区，距天津新港28公里，交通便利。2018年开始筹建河北分公司“沧州渤海三和精密制造有限公司 ”，预计2020年一期项目竣工，进入试投产阶段，年产精密铸造件8万吨，总投资4亿元，占地面积260亩。是集铸造、加工、组装为一体的综合性工场。2019年10月正式收购德国Ferro Tec公司，为进入德国地铁领域奠定坚实的基础。主要生产各类球墨铸铁产品及其他金属制品。产品有输配电金具、电机电梯部件、汽车部件、建筑、给排水工程用品、阀门部品、液压部品以及机械设备、水泵等部品，已与国内外多家客户已建立战略合作伙伴关系。

The existing processing plant covers an area of 28000 ㎡, and the foundry plant covers an area of 44000 ㎡. The manufacturing plants are respectively located in Dagang marine science and Technology Park and Dagang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Binhai New District, Tianjin, 28 kilometers away from Tianjin new port, with convenient transportation. In 2018, the preparation for the construction of Hebei Branch "Cangzhou Bohai Sanhe Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd." is expected to be completed in the first phase of 2020, entering the trial production stage, with an annual output of 80000 tons of precision casting parts, a total investment of 400 million yuan and an area of 260 Mu. It is a comprehensive workshop integrating casting, processing and assembly. In October 2019, Ferrotec company of Germany was formally acquired, laying a solid foundation for entering the German Metro field. Mainly produce all kinds of ductile iron products and other metal products. Our products include power transmission and distribution hardware, electric motor and elevator parts, automobile parts, construction, water supply and drainage engineering supplies, valve parts, hydraulic parts, mechanical equipment, water pump and other parts. We have established strategic partnership with many customers at home and abroad.

目前公司拥有安全的生产设备、环境防护设备及完善的检测设备，已形成铸造-机械加工-表面处理为一体的高效生产模式。1999年取得英国劳氏船级社ISO9002国际质量体系认证，2010年6月通过了GB/T 19001-2008版的改版审核。2014年6月导入了GB/T 24001—2004及GB/T 28001—2011体系，坚持管理体系有效运行。“质量是工作”，“顾客的满意是我们的荣誉”作为我们永远不变的质量方向；以爱护环境、回报社会、关爱雇员等社会责任为己任；把“诚信、负责、创新、团队”作为三和人不断的追求和目标。
